Private food & wine journeys · Sicily

Sicily, opened from the inside.

Personally designed by Silvia Rizzo. The places worth knowing, and the welcome you cannot book yourself.

Begin with Silvia

Only a limited number of journeys each year.

A close, tactile moment around a Sicilian table

The difference is personal

You are not simply booked. You are expected.

Silvia knows the growers, cooks, hosts and drivers. She designs the journey, makes the calls and, when possible, introduces you herself.

The person behind the access

Silvia is the relationship behind every journey.

I grew up in Sicily and built my wine career in London. Today I design each journey personally—choosing the right people, making the calls and, whenever possible, welcoming you myself.

Sicily, kept between you.

A glimpse, never a catalogue

Rare Sicily.

A few exceptional names Silvia knows well. The most private introductions are shared in conversation.

Breakfast is laid in the old grain store. Giuseppe decides the menu the night before, out loud, to whoever is still at the table.

Mount Etna

Tenuta di Fessina

The 1920s vines behind the house are never on the tasting list. Ask about them and the afternoon changes shape.

Ten generations on the same terrace. Marco's grandmother still cooks the Thursday lunch — there are six seats.
